about bud blog

Goals for the Terrified Tastebud blog are simple.

I was completely amazed at how many people, when learning my plans, also have the secret dream of going to school for Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts. I plan to share as much as possible about the experience, tips and tricks, the science of food cookery, and, of course, recipes.
Many friends and family members would like to follow my transition into the culinary world and this provides an efficient way for me to communicate with a larger audience.
Food writing is one of my ultimate goals, and to become a better writer, I must write! You are now what is keeping me accountable. So, thank you!

Every photo I post will be my own unless otherwise noted. I will always welcome and appreciate constructive feedback for the Terrified Tastebud.

    The Husband and I have the CIA course on the budget for this year. My dad did it and really enjoyed it.
