Italy Meets Boulder: Week in Photo Review

Our focus in school this week was Italian cuisine. And my thousand words wouldn’t begin to do justice to the exquisite simplicity of Italian food and wine. So peruse a few pictures… and buon appetito.

Coconut panna cotta, guava gelee, and blood orange sorbet topped with a splash of limoncello

And back to Boulder… granola made for tomorrow’s hike with classmates.

  1. Love the sweet life!!! I’m in awe, love the texture of that beautiful cannoli, I can just tell it has that crisp, earth shattering crunch and creamy interior! Your bruschetta looks sensational and the pasta dough and bread look divine! I’ve never made gelee or sorbet but they look so refreshing. I can tell it was yet another amazing week in the kitchen for you!
